She currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at Quantum Brilliance, a full-stack quantum technology company. In this role, Biliana directs strategic corporate and partnership initiatives, driving the company’s mission to develop innovative quantum solutions.
Her extensive career spans leadership roles in large organizations, boutique firms, and start-ups across Australia, the U.S., and Europe. Biliana’s diverse background provides her with unique insights, ensuring a holistic approach to decision-making that considers multiple perspectives and the ever-evolving global landscape.

Before joining Quantum Brilliance, Biliana led strategic engagement at QuintessenceLabs, an Australian quantum cybersecurity company. In this role, she developed and implemented strategies to engage with technology partners, enterprises, start-ups, and government entities, harnessing Australia’s quantum ecosystem.
Prior to her work at QuintessenceLabs, Biliana was instrumental in developing and implementing Sydney Quantum Academy’s engagement strategy. She worked closely with technology partners, enterprises, start-ups, and government bodies to promote and advance Australia’s quantum capabilities.
Biliana’s career began in New York, where she spent 18 years. She started her professional journey in B2B SaaS product management before transitioning to Wall Street. There, she held leadership roles within capital markets, leveraged finance, and other areas of structured finance.
