1. Submitting this exhibitor application form does not guarantee participation in the Quantum Innovation Summit 2024 Dubai exhibition. The event organizers will review all applications and acceptance is subject to availability and alignment with the event's objectives.
2. An invoice for the selected exhibition package will be issued Upon acceptance of the exhibitor application. Full payment is required in advance to secure the exhibition space. No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
3. The event organizers reserve the right to allocate exhibition spaces based on availability and alignment with the event's layout and objectives.
4. Exhibitors are responsible for the setup, design, and maintenance of their exhibition booth. Any additional services requested by exhibitors are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. The event organizers may change or amend the event dates, format, or location. In such cases, exhibitors will be notified promptly, and every effort will be made to ensure minimal disruption to exhibition benefits.
6. By participating as an exhibitor, you grant the event organizers the right to use your company name, logo, and related materials for promotional purposes associated with the Quantum Innovation Summit. This includes, but is not limited to, event promotion, marketing materials, website content, social media posts, and post-event content and reports.
7. Exhibitors agree to comply with all event organizers' event guidelines, rules, and regulations. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the removal of the exhibition booth without reimbursement.
8. Force Majeure: In the event that the Quantum Innovation Summit 2024 Dubai is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or unforeseen events, the event organizers shall not be held liable for any refund or reimbursement of sponsorship fees. Sponsors agree to cooperate and collaborate with the event organizers in such situations.
9. Exhibitors acknowledge and agree that any videos, photographs, and materials captured during the event may be used for promotional purposes by the event organizers. Exhibitors now relinquish any claim to compensation, rights, or ownership over such materials.
