The anchor convening delivered as an integrated conference and exhibition platform. Technology Innovation Institute Quantum Day | Abu Dhabi
Technology Innovation Institute Quantum Day is the dedicated Abu Dhabi programme moment within Global Quantum Week, offering a focused engagement with the UAE’s applied quantum capability through the Technology Innovation Institute (TII). TII is a leading applied research institute advancing frontier R&D and engineering across strategic domains, including quantum technologies and enabling disciplines that support national capability, trusted systems, and real-world deployment pathways.
This day is designed for institutional stakeholders, strategic operators, technical leaders, and ecosystem partners who want direct exposure to applied pathways, capability translation, and implementation-oriented collaboration.
What the day entails
The day includes two curated site engagements:
1) Visit to the Quantum Research Lab
Location: MBZUAI Campus, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi]
Visitors will take part in a guided visit and curated briefings highlighting applied quantum research, engineering pathways, and capability translation.
2) Visit to the Ground Station
Location: [Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi]
Visitors will take part in a guided visit and structured engagement focused on operational context, system integration considerations, and how supporting infrastructure enables trusted implementation pathways.
Transport and timing
- Departure: 9:00 AM from Grand Hyatt Dubai
- Tour start in Abu Dhabi: 11:00 AM
- Return to Dubai: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Transportation is provided by bus for confirmed participants.

Capacity is up to 60 participants, based on pre-registration and confirmation on a first come, first served basis.
